I’m a Glasgow based Editor working primarily in unscripted broadcast TV and digital short form.
I consider myself to be a fresh-thinking and versatile editor, passionate about telling stories in thoughtful and imaginative ways, with style and attention to detail. I can craft an engaging narrative from scratch with little guidance, as well as working collaboratively, often in fast-paced environments with a quick turnaround. I’m frequently complimented on my music selection, sound design, and GFX & compositing skills.
I have experience cutting Fact Ent, Children’s, Entertainment, and magazine shows for Channel 4, CBBC, and BBC Three. I’ve also cut a variety of digital short form content for clients including Edinburgh Gin, Tennent’s Lager, Stand Up To Cancer, and BBC Studios. I work confidently with both Avid and Premiere, as well as After Effects.
I’m always keen to turn my hand to something new, and I’m able to work remotely with an at-home set up.
